Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our boutique and select the item you would like to purchase. Choose your size or options if available, then click Add to Cart. When you are ready, go to your cart and follow the checkout steps to complete your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so we may not always be able to make changes once an order has been placed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Carrier: USPS Priority Mail
Delivery Time: 3–4 business days after shipping
Shipping Location: United States only
How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more (applies to orders up to 6 lb).
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
What if my package is delayed?
Shipping delays can sometimes occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high shipping volumes. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will help you track it.
What is your return policy?
At Shufetti™ Style Boutique, your satisfaction matters. Due to the nature of fashion items and fit variability, we offer store credit only for eligible returns.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original packaging.
Shoes must be tried on indoors on a clean surface only.
All returns are issued as store credit only — no refunds.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return, and we will provide instructions for receiving store credit.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
How do I know what size to order?
We recommend reviewing the size chart provided on each product page, as sizes may vary between items. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.
Will items be restocked?
Some items may be restocked depending on availability and demand. However, many boutique pieces are limited quantities, so once they sell out they may not return.
Do colors look exactly the same in person?
We do our best to display product colors accurately by using high-quality photos and videos. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, or lighting conditions.
